Your quarantine (for staff)
See email that was held for you and ask for something to be released.
Where to find it
- Sign in at app.knoxdefender.com and open "My quarantine". You also get a daily email when something was held for you.
Getting a message released
- Click "Request release" and say why you need it. Your administrator reviews every request; released mail arrives in your inbox within a minute.
- Only ask if you were expecting the message and know the sender. When in doubt, ask the sender by phone using a number you already have.
