Terms of service

The service

KnoxDefender provides email backup, recovery and protection for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace as described in your quote and service agreement. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of the service until they are released.

Your responsibilities

Your administrators grant and can revoke KnoxDefender's access to your tenant, decide who may use the service, and approve restores. Keep your accounts protected with two-step sign-in.

Limits

We use officially supported provider APIs, which have limits we cannot control. We report unsupported or unavailable features honestly and never present them as working.

Ending the service

On termination, retained backups follow their retention period and any legal holds unless your organization asks us in writing to export or delete them, subject to immutability locks.
